Can I freeze the food?

The food can be frozen for up to 3 months in its original packaging. Although we recommend you eat the food by its original use by date for best flavour and freshness.

How long should I heat the food for?

Pierce the freshness lock in bag or remove it and then place in a microwave on full power (based on a 700 watt microwave) for at least 2 minutes. Check the temperature in the middle of the meal with a fork, ensuring the meal is piping hot, if not heat for another minute until desired heat is achieved. To reheat in an oven, remove contents from packaging and place in an oven proof dish at a 100 degrees and heat for 25-30 minutes or until food is piping hot (above +75°C).

Can I eat them cold?

The meals can be eaten cold, some of our meals are intended to be eaten cold and will be stated so on the label.

My delivery is late/hasn’t arrived

Please allow up till 12 o’clock for your food to arrive. If it doesn’t arrive after midday then please contact us on 01283 480 111 or email hello@yolofoodcompany.com and one of our responsive team will track your food and find a solution. Our office opening hours are 9am to 5pm. Email will be responded to in a timely fashion.

Are the meals gluten free?

The vast majority of our meals are gluten free but some do contain gluten. If a meal does contain gluten it will be clearly stated on our website.

Are the meals halal?

None of our meals are halal.

Can I change my order on recurring payment?

Yes you can. Please log into your account and change as you see fit. Please note this has to be done before the three day lead time. After that you will have to wait until the following week for changes to come into effect.

Can I cancel my order?

Do you take American express?

No we do not, we accept all other major credit/debit cards.
